Don Parrish and Pat Hare started Parrish-Hare in 1983 with one downtown Dallas location.
After its initial success, Parrish-Hare opened a second location in Fort Worth in 1988.
In 1995, Parrish-Hare moved its Dallas operations to its current location on Regal Row.
Parrish-Hare also has locations in Ennis and Midlothian, Texas.
